Understand the problem before deciding what the solution should be.
My role is not to push every client towards the same technology or service. It is to understand what needs to work better, identify a practical direction and use the capabilities needed to move the problem towards a useful outcome.
AI now makes it possible to research, analyse, create, test and coordinate at a very different scale. I use that capability extensively. Where deeper technical or specialist input is required, it can become part of the solution.
The client does not need to assemble the pieces. Start by telling me what is not working. We can work out the rest from there.
